The phrase giving a presentation strikes fear into the hearts of many, and I was one of those. But presenting scientific research is an essential skill for young and experienced journalists. Therefore I designed this workshop to illustrate what is need to know to deliver an effective presentation. No matter the topic.

It is not about ‘rules’ in speaking. I will explore key areas in both the preparation and delivery of presentations. Participants will gain an understanding of their presentation style and how to improve it further. From crafting a story to handling the dreaded Q&A, there’s guaranteed to be something to help you improve your presentations.
