Digital intervention in mental health in Latin America

This session will feature J. Jaime Miranda, MD, MSc, PhD, FFPH, and Francisco Diez-Canseco, MPH, researchers from CRONICAS – Center of Excellence in Chronic Diseases, Cayetano Heredia University.
The first part of the session will present the situation of mental health in Latin America, with an emphasis in Peru and Brazil. Then, the speakers will present the results of a behavioral activation digital intervention called CONEMO, which took place in Lima and Sao Paulo (two randomized clinical trials).
