About Eduardo Geraque

Eduardo Geraque. Science journalist and biologist with a PhD in environmental journalism. In my 30-year career, I worked for several newsrooms, including Gazeta Mercantil, Agência Fapesp and Folha de S. Paulo, where I participated in special reports on the Amazon, Antarctica region and covered the Russian World Cup (2018).

I was the editor of the special “Engolindo Fumaça,” published by Infoamazonia, winner of the King of Spain award in 2022. I currently collaborate with Estadão newspaper and write for the magazine Piauí, the Valor Econômico newspaper, the Science Arena portal and the Unesp newspaper.
