She is a science, health and environmental journalist from the National University of Mexico and a researcher. Co-creator of the Journalism Lab at the DGDC of the Universidad de la Nación. She combines three activities focused on improving science journalism: teaching, research and journalistic practice. She has done research on science content in public television news programmes in Mexico, Spain, the United States and the United Kingdom. She did a research fellowship at Concordia University in Canada and has collaborated in public media such as TVUNAM and Radio Educación. She is a founding member of the Mexican Network of Science Journalists. She is currently a Lead Media Researcher at Climate Tracker and a reporter for Canal Once.
