About Marcela Cantero
Science and health journalist with more than 20 years of experience. She has covered international conferences on HIV, cancer, infectious diseases, among others. In addition, he led the reporting efforts of the AH1N1 pandemic and the largest in-hospital health crisis in Costa Rica for the newspaper La Nación, a medium for which he worked for 16 years. Currently, he collaborates with La Vozde Guanacaste, the first non-profit English – Spanish medium in Costa Rica.
