About Margaret López

Venezuelan journalist specialized in science and economics. Current journalist of Efecto Cocuyo and collaborator of Scidev.Net in the Latin America chapter. He has a Diploma in Economics for Journalists from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). He developed his journalistic career in two of the great national printed newspapers of Venezuela: El Nacional and Últimas Noticias. He obtained the “Arístides Bastidas” Municipal Award for the coverage of the first massive oral outbreak of Chagas disease in Caracas.
