Training in scientific journalism in Brazil: challenges and perspectives

Portuguese Track

Desciption

During the pandemic, demand for correct, fast and quality information about science was highlighted. Given this scenario, we asked the question: How is the training of journalists who write about science in Brazil? What challenges and possible paths can we find in communicating about science? In this session we are going to discuss some of our results on a data survey on disciplines related to scientific journalism in journalism courses at Brazilian public universities.
